Luck of the Draw

We think this home is a great find, especially when you will be able to enjoy the wraparound terrace in the summer (our rainy day photos are currently not doing it justice). Complete with a hot tub, barbecue and plenty of seating for both lounging and dining, it’s an ideal space for relaxing and entertaining. While the home is next to a busy road, we don’t think this is too much of an issue considering the standard of the living spaces. You’re also just a ten-minute walk to Camden Town for convenient access to nearby attractions and easy transport around the city.

* This home is located on the third floor of the building – while there is a lift, some stairs are unavoidable before and after
* The building the home is located in is currently in a dated condition and feels basic
* You're right next to a busy road, so you will be able to hear some traffic noise in the living space
* We would have liked the cooking equipment to be of higher quality
* The bedrooms and bathrooms in the home feel more functional, with a short bath in the second bathroom and overall basic finishes
* One guest would sleep on a sofa bed in the living area
