* This really is a tiny home, if you're claustrophobic, do not stay here
* It's not ideal to cook a large meal, although, it is possible (you will have to hand wash it all).
* You won't be doing lots of laundry in here either, there is no washing machine
* This homes sleeps three but the third guest would need to be a child due to the small size of the bed – it is accessed by a ladder and has a very shallow ceiling height
* The wall bed is 140 x 198cm, a standard double is 137 x 190 cm to give a sense of scale
