This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with one king-size bed with a freestanding bath, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, ideal for two people. Llysfaen is a small village resting in Conwy County, which overlooks the north coast of Wales on the southern slopes of Mynydd Marian, situated just 3.5 miles away from Colwyn Bay. Within the village you will find a number of facilities, which include a primary school, a convenience store and village hall, a brewery and a takeaway. Travel slightly further to Colwyn Bay, where you will find a larger selection of amenities, as well as sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green,
