The ground floor, with underfloor heating, has a utility area with washer/dryer leading on to the en suite bedrooms, one spacious double with en suite shower and WC, there is also a single trundle bed which can be pulled out in this bedroom. One bunk bedroom with additional single bed and en suite shower with WC, the owner has a range of linen to make the bunk beds up for children, creating a playful theme or a grown up ambience if adults are using the room. Head upstairs to the creative open plan lounge/kitchen/diner set in the eaves of the old hall. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen area is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher with all the thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to cook in. Heading outside, the patio area nestles amongst mature shrubs and is the perfect place to unwind, for alfresco dining and has a BBQ. If you hear trickling water it is the Mill race on its way to the sea at Llwyngwril.
