A lovely lakeside break awaits you at this charming Italian villa. It sits in a prime spot on the banks of the beautiful Lake Como and provides direct access to its clear waters, as well as two canoes that you can explore the lake in during your stay. It sits just 7km from Bellagio, known as the Pearl of Lake Como, where you'll find idyllic alleys full of cafes and bars. We love the warm and welcoming feel of this home – some rooms may look a little dated, but we think it adds to the home's quaint charm. Better yet, its terraces let you gaze out at stunning lake views while you soak up the Italian sunshine.

The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
The lake is accessible directly from the property. Children should be supervised at all times.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in a private bedroom.
