Plymouth and Exeter are both easily accessible, as is Launceston with its castle, the ancient capital of Cornwall. Golf and cycle paths can be found locally. Upon entering this single storey property, you will find yourself in the bright open plan lounge/kitchen diner with a door leading to the outside.
