There are also some fabulous expansive beaches on offer at Bude and Crackington Haven. The unspoilt south coast of Cornwall is also accessible from here and boasts an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages to enjoy, such as Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro. Other attractions and places of interest include Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project, Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood, the Camel Trail, and Launceston Steam Railway. Originally a granary, this charming reverse level cottage enjoys beautiful countryside views from this 16th century Manor Farm, peacefully located 9 miles from the popular coastal seaside resort of Bude. There is something on offer for everyone with plenty of space for recreation, with large safe enclosed gardens, beautiful lawns and colourful shrubs. Perfectly positioned within a beautiful part of Cornwall you will be close to the spectacular North Cornish coast and moors that provide an abundance of all perennial activities from surfing, cycling, walking and golf to name but a few. On entering the property, you will encounter three bedrooms; a king size, a twin, and the third containing bunk beds, a downstairs bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Upstairs is a very open and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with an impressive beamed ceiling. At one end is a wood burner effect fire and Smart TV with DVD to unwind in front of after a day of fun. The kitchen area comprises of an oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, use of tumble dryer and lots of worktop space. Step outside onto a balcony with distant sea views and unspoilt views of the countryside. There is a private patio area and a gas BBQ to prepare an al fresco treat. Children and adults will be kept amused for hours by the superb facilities on site, including feeding the friendly pigs and calves, collecting the eggs and bottle feeding the tame lambs (Easter to June), pony rides, meet the alpacas and take a lovely walk on the farm trail to the well stocked coarse fishing lake, full size tennis court, and a large indoor play/games area catering for all ages, with football, basketball net, badminton, table tennis, go carts and toddler friendly toys all at no extra cost. Other facilities are offered in advance and with an additional charge home cooked meals provided by a local chef direct to your cottage. Beauty treatments including reflexology and massages are available. Supermarket shopping can also be delivered.
