The Town House is a 6 bedroom house,4 bathrooms in the centre of kinsale town which sleeps 16 guests.

You will not need a taxi at this property because of its location

The nearest pub/restaurant is a 15 second walk away

Kinsale Marina is a 30 second walk away

The house has under gone a total makeover and was interior designed in March 2018, including a new kitchen,4 new bathrooms, all new furniture and loads more


We let guests change there travel dates as many times as needed, if there are travel restrictions on there travel dates. We also let guests swap there booking , to another one of our 6 other kinsale properties , if there new dates are not available at the property they first booked with.

Please enter the correct amount of guests staying when booking, as the price is based on this, also so that adequate beds, bed linen, towels are left out for all guests.

This properties check in and check out times are better than nearly every other property in Kinsale.

You must be 23 years of age or older to hire this property, which will be checked on arrival if need be.

The entire house is yours , no one else will be sharing it with you.

Stag weekends are not permitted

Hen weekends are allowed.

Outside the house there is free parking along the street all day.

The whole property is for your use, 2200 Sq ft.

There are 4 bathrooms, 2 on each of the bedroom levels. There are 3 toilets in the property, 1 bathroom doesn’t have a toilet, it’s a shower room with sink.

The property has a built in kitchen with all modern including a built in microwave, coffee machine, large fridge freezer , dishwasher , 2 dryers and a washing machine.

There is a dining table and kitchen island seating area.

Lounge with 4 large sofas and flat screen tv with over 100 tv channels.

There is small court yard outside the kitchen with a small table and chairs to seat 4 people

If you need a caterer to come in and cook or bring your breakfast , lunch or dinner then please ask for details.

All guests are advised to take out travel insurance , incase you need to cancel your booking for unseen reasons , or for damages done at the property during your stay , this is optional of course and is down to the person making the booking.

Over Christmas and new year it’s a minimum 3 day stay
