This charming cottage has wonderful mountain views towards Robinson, Blencathra and Catbells, and lies in a beautiful spot in the Newlands Pass between the picturesque village of Braithwaite and the lake of Buttermere.
This is a great base for walkers, close to Causey Pike, Ard Crags and Dale Head (all of which can be walked from the front door). The shores of Derwentwater are nearby (2 miles), where you can go fishing and kayaking, or take a cruise across the lake.
