Tucked away down a no through road lays this wonderful semi detached barn conversion, which has been completely refurbished for 2019, the property is part of a hamlet of private dwellings at Allender Farm located on the edge of the village of Lee. As you enter this beautiful property, you enter a useful porch and a perfect place to hang coats and store sandy shoes. The lounge is cosy with an electric effect fire, TV with Sky TV and seating for everyone. From here, five steps takes you to the well equipped kitchen which has everything you might need to cook and entertain with an electric induction hob and oven, microwave, fridge/small freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. When the day draws to a close, you retire to bed in one of the three bedrooms arranged over two floors. The first bedroom can be found off the kitchen on the ground floor and has a king size bed and an en suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms the first is a king size and the second is a twin with a TV in bedroom for DVD use only. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a bath with handheld mixer shower, a separate shower and WC. Venturing outside from the lounge/diner is a small enclosed patio opposite the cottage with outside seating for everyone. You will also find seating beside the cottage, a perfect spot to enjoy the views and your morning coffee or a BBQ. There is also a shared lawn, a children's play area and all around are the farm animals including pigs and sheep. The driveway to the other properties on site continues between this property and the small patio area.
