  • "This magical getaway was perfect, from the warm welcome (and home made cake) from Ceinwen, the peace and quiet, the hot tub, the spacious accommodation, the chats with Geoffrey about the area and listening to his great knowledge of rural farming."

For us it was the ideal location to enjoy long country walks (only 40 minutes cross country walk to Llandrindod Wells . Also there is plenty to explore by car including Elan Valley, Newtown, Rhayader to mention a few. Back to the property , it is a upside down layout , which works very well with two spacious on-suite bedrooms downstairs and a open plan kitchen/dining room that had all the home comforts you could wish for (& more) and comfortable lounge upstairs with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the starlit sky without any light pollution, as well as watch the resident Red Kite up close. We made great use of the hot tub which is situated in a enclosed shelter and watched the sun go down while relaxing in the hot water. We will recommending this great property to all our friends and will be re-booking ourselves - I can not recommend it enough.
