This single-storey cottage has three en-suite bedrooms including two king-sized and a zip/link king-size, along with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking available and a garden with patio featuring outdoor seating, hot tub, charcoal barbecue and a lawned area. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome however this is a non-smoking property. Find a shop in 5.9 and a pub in 1.5 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on the ground floor at all times. Note: There is an unfenced pond within the garden, children and dogs must be supervised at all times. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Honiton is a charming market town in East Devon. It's bordered by Devon hills, green wooded valleys, and farming communities. Honiton's High Street features stores, taverns, and restaurants. Honiton has been famous for lacemaking since Elizabeth I's reign, and the town's Allhallows Museum features some exquisite specimens. The Thelma Hulbert Gallery is East Devon's only public art gallery. It's housed in a Grade I Victorian home and has ties to London's Hayward Gallery.
