Set just 200 yards from the centre of town, ideal if you like the hustle and bustle of being within walking distance of the town centre and local amenities. This contemporary property is ideally situated for you to explore everything Holt has on offer, including an array of independent boutique shops, pubs, and restaurants. Holt is also superbly located should you wish to explore the North Norfolk coastline and beyond. Only a short drive away, you will be at the traditional and popular seaside town of Cromer (10 miles) which provides a fantastic family day out. The National Trust sites of Felbrigg (10 miles) and Blickling Hall (11 miles) are well worth a visit and if are looking for a day of retail therapy, the historic cathedral city of Norwich is just 23 miles away. Enter this lovely property through the front door, which leads straight into a cosy lounge which is the perfect place to relax and unwind. There are 2 sofas and a bay window seat providing enough comfortable seating for all guests, which surround a Smart TV. Heading through from the lounge, you ll find the kitchen area, which is well equipped providing the chef amongst you with everything you will ever need to prepare a hearty meal, with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and a washing machine. The dining area is a great place to gather for breakfast, lunch, or an evening meal and there is enough seating here for all. The stairs are off from the dining room, so head on up to the first floor where you have the master king size bedroom and a single room, both with ample storage space for your clothes and belongings. There is also a family bathroom with a roll top bath, separate shower and WC. Heading up the steep staircase to the second floor leads you to a double bedroom with bespoke built in wardrobes. The outside space at this property, given its central town location, is very generous. You have a part garden, part gravel area to enjoy with garden furniture . There is parking to the front of the property for one small car, the post office needs access through the road for early morning deliveries so a large people carrier may have to park in Cromer Road, just a few minutes walk from the property.
