Head into nearby Wark (approximately 2 miles) for pubs, a farm shop and sports facilities. There are plenty of activities and attractions nearby to keep you busy, including exploring ancient woodland, spotting red squirrels and the waterfalls near Bellingham, strolling around historic Corbridge with its popular eateries and independent shops, driving up through Rothbury to Bamburgh and the Northumberland coast, visiting Hexham s busy market town with stunning river walks and horse racing, and fine dining in the renowned Michelin starred Hjem restaurant.
