A bright and welcoming space with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing family meals, a large dining table with seating for all, Smart TV and a comfy sofa for curling up with a good book. Patio doors from this room lead out into the garden, making it a sociable space for all the family to get together. The first of the bedrooms, a double, is also located on the ground floor and there is a family bathroom. Heading upstairs you will find a large lounge with comfy seating surrounding a Smart TV and a table football, perfect for keeping the teenagers entertained. A further set of stairs leads up to the second floor where you find the three remaining bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed, and two bunk rooms, one of which has a double bed with a single bed above it. The second floor is completed with a shower room. Outside, the property benefits from a fully enclosed garden which has a decked area with outdoor rattan furniture and a BBQ, ideal for relaxing on a summers day.
