The South West Coast Path follows a scenic route across cliffs to Godrevy Point, so explore here or take a stroll down to the surf school in Hayle and enjoy the long stretch of beach. Head to the nearby village of St Ives, just 8 miles away, with beautiful galleries, restaurants, beaches and a picturesque harbour which is easily accessible by a pretty coastal railway or bus route if you'd prefer not to take the car. Take the children to Paradise Park less than 2 miles away, and visit St Michael s Mount in Marazion, only 8 miles away. This stunning property has the most wonderful blend of old and new. On arrival, head through the front door into the hallway and hang up your outerwear. Head left into the cosy yet spacious lounge with seating for all to gather and watch a film on the Smart TV. Throw a log or two on the fire, kick back and relax. From the entrance hall, you'll find the games room with a multi use table including air hockey, pool and table tennis, along with a darts board, ideal for keeping the children amongst you entertained. You'll find an office snug room in case you need to use your computer or fancy relaxing with a good book from the wide selection provided around the house. Head through to the social heart of this home, the kitchen/diner. The kitchen truly is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, whether it's a big family feast or a picnic to take on a day's adventure. Gather round for a lazy breakfast at the dining table with plenty of seating for everyone whilst overlooking the garden. From the kitchen, you ll find the spacious utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a shower room with WC, which is perfect after a day at the beach. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you ll find the super king size bedroom with a Smart TV and an en suite with underfloor heating, heated mirror, a rainfall shower and a WC. Heading outside from the kitchen/diner, you'll see the raised decking area with a hot tub and ice bath so you can relax and unwind completely whilst the children play in the huge garden. There's also sofa seating and a gas BBQ for summer nights.
