  • "Overall, we had a great time."

In our opinion, the towels should be changed at least once a week. This never happened. Also, there is a log burner and a barbeque, but the provided wood is for one fire. The guests might be advised regarding this. For the amount we paid, we expected a bit more attention to the small details.

Where you’ll be staying

GROESLON

Caernarfon 5 miles; Anglesey 13 miles

A pretty Welsh village just outside of the majestic Snowdonia National Park. Groeslon is the ideal base for exploring all of what North Wales has to offer. The village itself offers the traditional Penionyn Tafarn pub serving food, the ideal spot to sit and relax after a day of activities. There is also the Indigo Jones Slateworks, a slate business dating back to the 1860's which has a delightful café and is dog friendly. There is seemingly endless places to see and things to do around Groeslon with the historic town of Caernarfon just a short drive away, and the amazing Isle of Anglesey just slightly further, a place you must visit whilst in North Wales. There is also an abundance of seaside resorts nearby if that's your thing, with Dinas Dinlle, Pwllheli and Porthmadog all within easy reach. Of course the Snowdonia National Park cannot be missed, with an enormous range of scenery, walking and wildlife to enjoy.
