Holly Lodge is a superb wooden lodge resting on the outskirts of Greetham in Rutland, East Midlands. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with sofa bed. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed patio garden with seating, barbecue and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Holly Lodge is perfect for enjoying a refreshing break with loved ones.

Area
Resting near to Rutland Water and the charming historical town of Oakham, is the quaint village of Greetham, which has everything one could need during their stay including, two delightful pubs, a community centre, a village shop and the excellent Greetham Valley Golf Club which has two superb championship standard 18-hole courses. Be sure to visit nearby Oakham which boasts an impressive 12th century castle and a magnificent 14th-century church, as well as a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops and a museum where you can learn more about the town.

The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots ( per property ) , subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool
