This stunning waterfront home is perfect for family gatherings. It's stylish yet cosy and complemented by the waterfront setting on Saddle Lake. Boredom is impossible here, with two kayaks and a canoe to explore the water – you can also launch boats at the public beach and moor them on the private dock. Feeling active? There's a pickleball, basketball, and volleyball court, plus softball, bocce, and other games. A fire pit and a hot tub complete the outdoor activities, while inside, you’ll have a pool table, karaoke machine, and an ice cream maker – the kids will never want to leave. Breweries and wineries are nearby, and you’ll be within easy reach of hiking and biking trails, including the 33-mile Kal-Haven trail.

There's also an EV charger here.*This home is spread across a main house and an additional guest house.*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones.*You’ll have access to two kayaks and a canoe, which can be launched from the private dock – boats can also be moored. The dock, watercraft, and outdoor furniture are available on a seasonal basis and are generally not in use from mid-fall until Memorial Day.*A fenced saltwater pool will be added shortly – construction will occur from 30th September to 31st October. The pool will be available from May to October.*There’s an office with a laptop and an extra monitor here. *This home has two washers, two dryers, and two dishwashers.
