For a lovely day out hop on the passenger ferry to Fowey and enjoy the independent shops and restaurants on offer or step out onto the beautiful Hall Walk to Bodinnick passing Riverside, Daphne Du Maurier s home or follow the South West Coast Path to Lantic Bay or Lansallos Beach. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do, why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown (18 miles), take the brewery tour in St Austell (19 miles) or visit the Eden project (16 miles) or the Lost Gardens of Heligan (24 miles). Also, for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock in Bodmin (14 miles). Enter this wonderful cottage and immediately feel at home.
