Perfectly located at the top of Polruan village with parking and a stroll to the harbour, Polruan is an ancient fishing village famous for its boat building heritage. Perfectly positioned on the Fowey river estuary, which is a thriving centre for fishing, seafaring, shipbuilding and agriculture. There are a choice of two village pubs in Fowey and a passenger ferry that will take you across the estuary. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do, why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown, take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also, for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock in Bodmin. Upon arrival, enter this stunning detached traditional cottage into the lounge. This is the perfect relaxation space with wood burner and comfy sofas where you can snuggle up and watch a film on the TV/DVD with basic Sky TV package. Bedroom two is found on the first floor and is accessed by the cottage style staircase to the rear of the property and comprises of a double bed with an en suite shower room and WC and bedroom three is also found on the first floor and accessed from the cottage style staircase staircase in the lounge, this bedroom is a king size with en suite shower room and WC. Heading outside there is an enclosed rear garden with charcoal BBQ and garden furniture, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining and to the front of the property there is off road parking for two cars.
