Visit the impressive Restormel Castle and the harbour towns of Fowey and Charlestown. Just a stones throw away is Fowey, boasting some fine restaurants and individual boutiques. Slightly further afield is Charlestown featured in the Poldark series, a perfect place to enjoy lunch or relax on the quay. Attractions in the area include The Eden Project, The Ship Wreck Centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark Mine, St Michaels Mount and National Trust properties including nearby Lanhydrock house. Enter into the warm and welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner of this former threshing barn, this open plan space forms the central hub of the property and it's the perfect place to either gather for that pre meal chit chat or relax after days adventures and watch your favourite programme on the TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped and is just perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements, comprising of electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. From this central lounge/kitchen/dining area stairs lead down to the three bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom one the master suite king size with en suite shower room, TV/DVD and WC, bedroom two a twin and bedroom three a further twin with en suite shower room and WC. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and offer much character with exposed, ancient wooden beams that continue the theme running throughout. Also located on this floor is the bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside, enjoy shared use the heated indoor endless pool and sauna, the shared games room with pool table, the private hot tub or relax in the enclosed patio area with BBQ and garden furniture. For the more sociable families there is a bar on site cleverly created from an old Silo, with outdoor seating. Open every Friday from March to October, for drinks and food. Additionally there is occasional live entertainment to which guests will be welcomed with free entry. There is off road parking for two cars.
