*This home is spread across two floors with no internal lift – it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started – the nearest supermarket is just 5 kilometres away.
*Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval from your host.
