Area
The fabulous seaside town of Falmouth is nestled on the Southern Cornish coastline and is home to stretches of white sandy beaches, including the Blue Flag award winning Gyllyngvase Beach. The town boasts a deep natural harbour on the Fal Estuary, along with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants that overlook the scenic waters. There is plenty of local history to be discovered at Pendennis Castle, a 16th-century fortress built by Henry VIII, as well as The National Maritime Museum. Falmouth offers a variety of sights and attractions to please the whole family.
