The communal amenities include two barbecues and access to sports equipment such as boules, a sports court, basketball hoops and football goals. Find a snuggly spot inside to enjoy a cup of tea after a long country walk – the home's expansive windows invite in floods of natural daylight, creating a serene ambience. Meanwhile, underfloor heating across the entire ground floor will keep your toes toasty when it's chilly outside.
