We highly recommend a visit to Pollensa town to fully appreciate the area's history and culture. Stroll down the attractive narrow streets to admire the traditional architecture and signs of a fascinating past, then head to the impressive main square, where you can stop at one of the cafes for a cafe con leche.

While you're in town, pick some up some fresh ingredients then head home to try cooking some local dishes on the barbecue. The outdoor dining table is ideal for alfresco family feasts, surrounded by spectacular scenery. Post-dinner, go up to the balcony with a glass of wine to watch the sun set over the beautiful landscape, or get cosy inside by the fireplace.
