It sits on a grand cul-de-sac, a five-minute walk from Princes Street in the heart of Edinburgh. The surrounding streets are home to fine-dining restaurants and the buzzing bar hubs of Rose Street and George Street are just a four-minute walk. Inside, this apartment is simply stunning. High ceilings corniced like icing and huge sash windows set the tone of grandeur and each vintage piece has been carefully selected to give an Art Deco feel. Quirks like the gramophone and typewriter in the living room and hand-painted fireguards in the bedrooms are what really make this place feel special. The vintage-style kitchen may have been designed around the original Shefco pantry, but it has all the mod-cons of the 21st century. *There is no parking with this apartment, but Waverly station is a five-minute walk and there is paid, public parking nearby
