This property is situated on a development of five eco friendly cottages which offer a wonderful place to stay, just half a mile from the beach on the eastern side of Eastbourne.

There is plenty to see and do within a short walk of the property including several playgrounds, a boating lake, and tennis courts, all of which can be found in nearby Princes Park. On the far side of the park, the Sovereign Centre is a large leisure centre with a number of pools including one with wave machine and a water slide.
