This property is situated at the heart of the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne, just across the road from the town s wide shingle beach. The town s restored Victorian pier is just a three minute walk away with its nightclub, tea rooms, and fish and chip restaurant. Other attractions in the town include an interesting lifeboat museum, a seafront fort built during the Napoleonic Wars, and a fantastic outdoor sports centre, which offers tuition in stand up paddle boarding, windsurfing, and even raft making. There is also a good range of both high street and independent shops in the town, as well as a wide choice of pubs, restaurants, and cafes. A second set of steep turned stairs lead to a single room which is situated in the eaves of the house, and therefore has a low ceiling and some reduced head height.
