The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for five and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin and a first-floor double both with en-suite shower rooms. Outside there is an enclosed front terrace with patio, decking and furniture and roadside parking is available. Within 2.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and beach and please note that one-well behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. High Tide is the perfect base to enjoy a coastal getaway in Ireland. Note: Due to the terrace overlooking beach, max of 1 child under 6 years old is allowed

The picturesque fishing village of Duncannon is situated in southwest County Wexford, and is dominated by Duncannon Fort, which sits on a rocky outcrop jutting into the channel. Waterford Harbour lies to the west and the golden sandy beach is popular for swimming and sunbathing. The International Sand Sculpting Festival is a village highlight each year. With a couple of pubs and restaurants and a children’s playground by the beach, Duncannon is a lovely place for a quiet seaside holiday. Catch a ferry to the beaches and watersports of Dunmore East, shop for traditional crystal in Waterford, enjoy the music of Wexford Festival Opera each October or explore some of the historic houses, beautiful gardens and lovely walks in this wonderful part of Ireland.
