Stepping out onto the balcony of this swish apartment in the sky, you’ve got a view of the marina. It’s particularly spectacular at night when the twinkling lights of sleek skyscrapers are reflected in the water. Go for a jog along the marina promenade, lined with palm trees next to impossibly blue water. Or, take in the view from the building’s state-of-the-art gym for your morning fitness session. There’s always the rooftop pool to swim laps in, but we think this place works better as a chill-out zone, soaking up the desert sun on a lounger as the city sprawls before you.

Within the apartment itself, golden accents shimmer against a striking black feature wall, making the open living area feel chic and classy. Recline on the plush grey sofa or head out to the little balcony for a breath of fresh air (and an incredible view). Pristine white walls and monochrome precision is jazzed up with a splash of magenta from the cabinets in the full kitchen. In the bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the place with natural light and the cityscape view can inspire diligence at the dedicated laptop desk.
