This apartment is located in the Business Bay district, close to the Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa. You'll probably want to use a car, get a cab or use public transport to get around, especially in the hotter months. Or you can go for an amble around the Dubai Canal surrounding this home – you can also see it from this apartment's private balcony. Inside, there are many of the creature comforts you'd expect, though we'd say that the kitchen is a bit small. We love the array of facilities on offer here. Go for a swim in the temperature-controlled swimming pool, work out in the gym, or relax in the steam rooms and sauna.
