If you want to be surrounded by lake and mountain views, look no further. There’s a Nordic-style hot tub on the terrace, large gardens, a kids’ play area and pétanque pitch, as well as a shaded pergola for dining. The accommodation is over three floors, and all of the rooms capitalise on the wonderful vistas. Three bedrooms have access to a balcony, while the spacious fourth on the top floor has a seating and workout area. If you want to do some winter sports, the ski resorts of La Sambuy and Semnoz are just under thirty minutes away. In summer, there's a lakeside beach just 2 kilometres from this home, and the Voie Verte cycle and footpath passes the door.
