This single-storey lodge has one super-king-size bedroom and shower room, along with an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a cinema room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher and for entertainment, there is a TV with Freeview, a Bluetooth music system and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and a travel cot (no mattress) and high chair are available upon request. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a private decked terrace with patio furniture. EV charging point. Sorry this is a smoke-free holiday home. You can find a shop and pub within 0.5 miles. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Steps to access property. Within reaching distance of the coast, visitors to the area will be spoilt for choice with outdoor adventures in the nearby Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and mesmerizing walks along the South West Coast Path, boasting fantastic land and seascapes.
