Pulham St Mary is home to a beautiful church, a shop and pub, and The Pennoyer Centre, a community centre that hosts cinema nights, quiz nights, and even a small café where you can relax and enjoy a coffee and cake. A rural hideaway for friends or family, surrounded by miles of open countryside and stunning scenery, and conveniently close to the popular towns of Pulham Market, Harleston, and Diss (within 10 miles). Thetford Forest Park, home to a network of walking trails and scenic sights, is within driving distance (32 miles), providing a haven for outdoor adventurers, while the glorious sands of Corton Beach can be found in the opposite direction (28 miles). Enter this delightful cottage, packed with charm and character for the perfect getaway. With exposed wooden beams and an inglenook fireplace with a roaring wood burner, you can get cosy and watch a film in front of the Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make some delicious meals that everyone can enjoy at the table which seats six. It's also a great area to socialise, have fun, and play games with the others. To the back of the kitchen there is a snug area with a Smart TV, Xbox and a Wii games console. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. Climb the stairs to find three cosy bedrooms. The main king size bedroom features a stunning arched window with views of the garden and the church tower peeking over the tops of the trees. The final bedrooms are a twin and a single room, making them ideal for children, and they all have access to the large family bathroom, which has a bath, a separate shower, and lots of storage space. From the kitchen, you can open the French doors during warmer months to enjoy the wonderful garden while listening to the church bells chime and watching the birds flitting about the sky. The courtyard features a table with seats for four where you can have your morning coffee. There is a bench on the lawn, a lovely spot for al fresco dining in the sunshine. Please note there is a steep staircase to first floor and a step into the shower cubicle in the bathroom.
