The Studio at Cobalt is perfectly situated for all of the activities you could wish for, this is a fantastic modern Studio apartment great for a couples getaway. The apartment is less than a minutes walk from the town centre, park your car up as soon as you get here and you won't have to move it for the rest of the week! Catch a train, bus or boat to each local town that surrounds you, visit Totnes, Paignton, Brixham or Torquay. Visit each local and independent store to treat yourself to something sweet or savoury, eat until your heart's content. The Studio @ Cobalt is a great ground floor apartment with an open plan kitchen, living and bedroom and a separate shower room.

Parking: A car park permit is provided for the duration of your stay. This entitles you to a space in the local car park which is less than a 2 minute walk from the property however, the spaces are on a first come first serve basis.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
