Lazylands is a spacious, detached property set on 3 floors with 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 13 people, the bedrooms are set on floors 1 and 2 all benefitting from amazing beach and campsite views. On the 3rd floor are the main social spaces, the family/snug room, kitchen, dining room and living room with balcony. The living room has floor to ceiling windows with spectacular beach views. Lazylands has front and rear gardens however, please do not leave children unattended due to the steepness of the land and the internal and external steps and staircases. The property also has a private driveway which can park up to 10 cars. South Sands is located at the mouth of Salcombe estuary, an unspoilt location which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The valley is roughly a 20 minute walk from North Sands, another unspoilt beach with a great cafe called The Winking Prawn, which is definitely worth a visit whilst you are here. Salcombe Town Centre from Lazylands is roughly a 40 minute walk away for a 5 minute drive, here you will find mix of pubs, cafes, restaurants, chain shops and independent shops. There's so much to do!

Rooms: First Floor - Master bedroom and ensuite, King bedroom, bedroom with the two bunk sets, family bathroom. Second Floor - Twin bedroom, family bathroom and another king bedroom. Third Floor - Snug room, kitchen, dining room, lounge.

Stair Gates are not provided and do not fit the property internal staircases.

Parking: Off Road parking available along the driveway, there is space enough for 10 cars.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly property however, please be aware this isn't a pet free property the owner does have a cat that has a holiday at South Sands too!
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £500 is required when booking.
