Deià Waters

With a privileged setting right on Cala Deià, this home has breathtaking sea and mountain vistas. Walk down the private path to the beach 50 metres away, relax by the crystal clear waters, and then head for a sublime seafood lunch at one of two restaurants. Or let your host, Jordi, charter a yacht or organise helicopter flights to see more of the island.

Back at this gorgeous home, sip some Cava in the jacuzzi – we adore the views. Inside, there's a boho-chic vibe with Chesterfield armchairs and raffia light shades. The place consists of two separate homes with private entrances, so it's perfect for a family or friends wanting more privacy. Jordi's family built this house when there were no roads here, and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Without a shadow of a doubt, we can say their efforts were more than worth it – it's a truly magical place.

*The house is over two floors (not connected) with two separate entrances (upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two bedrooms and a bathroom)
*There are stairs to climb here, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility
*The bathrooms are Jack and Jill style

*There are two restaurants 50 metres away, including Ca's Patró March, where scenes from the TV series 'The Night Manager' were shot
*There's parking next to the house, but it's only suitable for small cars – otherwise there's another option to park around 100 metres away
