This beautiful lodge is located in an elevated position, benefiting from magnificent views towards the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig. The spectacular Ayrshire coastline and countryside is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous country tracks and coastal trails to explore, ideal for cyclists, walkers, mountain bikers and hikers. Golfers are also well catered for with an array of local courses and the championship courses of Prestwick and Troon within 16 miles. Visit the seaside town of Largs 11 miles which has a selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Take a boat trip to the Island of Millport or visit Kelburn Castle and Country Park. Heading further north enjoy a trip to the birthplace of Robert Burns and the setting for his poems, here you can visit the charming thatched cottage, museum, and monument and take a walk over the cobbled Brig o Doon or visit Culzean Castle and Country Park (all within 33 miles). The buzzing city of Glasgow is within easy reach, the train station in Dalry is only 2miles away and you can be in the city in 25 minutes, there are lots of things to see and do, visit the Botanical Gardens and Kelvingrove Art Museum Stepping inside this fantastic property with magnificent sea and countryside views, into the open plan accommodation. The lounge area has a large comfy sofa where you can relax after a day out exploring the beautiful local area and perhaps enjoy a great movie or catch up with your favourite TV program, or just relax and admire the fantastic views. The bespoke well equipped kitchen area is the perfect place to cook up a storm. Next is the lovely dining area with comfy seating, ideal to enjoy romantic meals together with French doors leading directly out to the decked area. Followed by the sleeping area with a lovely comfy double bed where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views. Finally, completing the accommodation is the shower room. Heading outside to the decked area, sit back and enjoy the fantastic sea and countryside views towards Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran or relax in the private wood fired hot tub. Next to the lodge is a picnic table and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining.
