"Lovely house."

The property
Bryn Deryn is a family holiday house in Criccieth giving a real sense of luxury as soon as you step inside. The house commands an elevated position in landscaped grounds, meaning you can enjoy stunning views over Cardigan Bay and you’re just a short stroll from the beach! A large entrance hall will welcome you inside - expect plush carpets and sumptuous dark wood. A marble-floored cloak area provides space for outdoor clothing.
There’s also a loo and basin and a wet room with shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and a wonderful natural stone cone wash hand basin! Bryn Deryn boasts no less than three sitting areas, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. The first sitting room is large with comfy sofas and- if you can tear yourself away from the stunning views- a 50” flatscreen TV & Blu Ray DVD player for your viewing pleasure. The second sitting area is located at one end of the dining room and consists of a sofa and chairs around a woodburning stove.There’s also a 40” wall-mounted TV and gorgeous views to enjoy!
The dining area has a table and chairs, ideal for family breakfasts planning the exciting day ahead. There’s also a morning room where you can relax and enjoy the fabulous views. The kitchen is modern and will take the stress out of a self-catering break with its modern amenities including an integrated double electric oven & grill, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
The large utility room has a sink, microwave and washing machine. There are three bedrooms off the spacious landing area.

A large room with a king sized bed and gorgeous sea views and the spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a splendid sea view and an en-suite bathroom. The ensuite has a sink, underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, large walk-in shower, loo and wash basin.
The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower with shower head and handheld attachment, underfloor heating, a wash hand basin, a freestanding bath and a heated towel rail. There’s a separate upstairs loo. The landscaped gardens in which bryn Deryn sit are just delightful. The lawned garden offers sea views and there is a sitting area towards the back with a table for al fresco meals. There’s also a paved terrace at the front of the house with chairs to enjoy the beautiful bay view and watch the sunset over the sea. Off road parking is available for three cars or more.
An electric car charger is fitted. Criccieth itself is a popular seaside town on the Llyn https://url.uk.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/CtzQCLJJ0CN8BR2cBfOTytlXJ?domain=peninsula.it has a castle which we recommend for it’s incredible views out across the sea. There are lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Not forgetting the beach, of course! This family holiday house is ideal for exploring all that the Llyn Peninsula and North Wales has to give. Whether you fancy a relaxing break or an action-packed activity holiday, you’ll have a fabulous time at Bryn Deryn.

Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th-century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
