Located in the heart of mid Devon you will be perfectly placed for exploring the whole of this popular county. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include Escot, Bickleigh Mill and National Trust properties such as Knightshayes and Castle Drogo. Entering this adorable property you will immediately find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area. In the sleeping area you will find a double bed. In the dining area there is a breakfast bar and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast and your morning coffee before heading out for a day exploring the area. Outside of the property there is a lovely secluded little patio area with a private hot tub, garden furniture with views of the lake and fields beyond. There is private off road parking for one car provided at the base of the field.
