Hosting four bedrooms; one super-king-size with en-suite shower room, one double with en-suite shower room and two twins, sleeping a total of eight guests and a family bathroom. It has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside provides an enclosed patio terrace area with furniture and a decking area with ample off-road parking nearby. Garden House is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the heart of Devonshire countryside.

Blackawton is a village and civil parish resting the South Hams district of Devon. The village has a pub/restaurant and a convenience store for all of your amenities. Close to the beautiful South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for all manner of walking, cycling and hiking opportunities with some tremendous views. Further afield is the charming market town of Totnes for a larger choice of amenities and historical attractions such as Totnes Castle.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
