- Accessibility: There is a sloping path from the parking space down to the property which is uneven in places. The slope is approximately 50 paces. Inside the property there are 2 steps down from the lounge in to the kitchen and 2 steps down from the bedroom in to the bathroom. Otherwise the property is all on one level.
- Kitchen and utilities: Fridge/freezer, microwave, small dishwasher, electric over and a large sink area and fully stocked with cooking/dining utensils and tea/coffee making facilities.
- Facilities for families: Cot and highchair provided.
- Outside: Private pool and garden area. (Pool is heated from the 1st of May to the 30th of September).
- Pets: One pet accepted; £25 per pet per week.
- Parking: Own parking space on St. Mary Manor’s large driveway.
