The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler and dining seating. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower, a king-size with en-suite shower and a double with en-suite shower, along with a twin serviced by a cloakroom. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and a decking with seating, hot tub, plus a lower patio. No smoking. Two well-behaved dogs allowed. Garden area is surrounded by hedges and a gate but dogs should be supervised at all times. WiFi, fuel, power, travel cot, highchair, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Area
Combe Martin is located where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty converge. This modest beach resort is a popular destination for both locals and tourists because it has all the amenities needed. The beach at Combe Martin is highly well-liked, and the sheltered cove there is great for rock-pooling and paddle-boarding. The hamlet also has a dinosaur and wildlife park! The famous Earl of Rone festival and an annual funfair are both hosted at Combe Martin each year in May. With Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple all within easy driving distance, this is a great starting point for exploring and learning about North Devon. Also, there are many National Trust homes and gardens that are just waiting to be explored. Woolacombe has some of the best surfing in the South West, and the South West Coastal Path is about a mile away. Combe Martin is an excellent starting point for taking a beach holiday because it offers activities for all ages.
