With the original old owl hole and exposed beams, the property has exquisite taste. Downstairs has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. It has one double bedroom and a ground floor, bathroom and WC. Outside has shared use of the owners garden with furniture, table tennis and crazy golf, with views overlooking the River Coln. Parking is available.
