Nestled in the Roman countryside, this contemporary home opens its doors to a relaxing Italian break. Embrace the magic of outdoor living with swims in the private pool and leisurely meals served on the terrace. There are two kitchens, a study room, multiple chill-out spots and cosy reading nooks. You’ll also find a Finnish sauna located on the lower-ground floor – providing the perfect spot to switch off and unwind. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just ten-minutes into the centre of Lanuvio, while Rome is just forty-kilometres away.

Please note this home is spread across four floors with stairs.
It is possible for the single beds in the attic room to be arranged as a double on request. It's also worth noting the bedroom on the lower ground floor does not have a window.
The air conditioning units are located in the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floor.
If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free on request.
Please note the swimming pool will be open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
