This pretty cottage sits attached to the owner s farmhouse in the heart of the Devon countryside. The nearby village of Chulmleigh is a delight with its shops, pubs, riding stables and golf course just a short distance away. Further afield are the sandy beaches of Saunton and Woolacombe. Or enjoy the splendour of Dartmoor and Exmoor. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens and the Cobbaton Combat Museum. For outdoor enthusiasts there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities why not hire bikes or take a ride on part of the pretty Tarka trail. There is a local rail line providing easy access to both Barnstaple and Exeter. Entering the cottage you are greeted by the warm and welcoming kitchen/diner with wooden floor and exposed beams.
