Area
Between Walthamstow and Loughton, in the east of London, is the thriving town of Chingford, which borders the county of Essex. It is well-known for being the location of the historic woods Epping Forest which has a variety of outdoor sports, including orienteering and horseback riding. At Queen Elizabeth's Hunting Lodge, visitors may immerse themselves in history before stocking up at the neighbourhood shop. Breeze, the Queen Elizabeth, and the Royal Oak are just a few of the many pubs, cafes, and restaurants in the area; they are all great choices for treating your loved ones to an evening out. Finding a wealth of tourist sites, galleries, museums, restaurants, and pubs nearby is simple thanks to the town's overground station; there is something for everyone! Those seeking a beach can travel farther to Southend-on-Sea, where they can enjoy sunny days on the sands of Jubilee Beach, thrills at Adventure Island, or awe at the sea life at Sealife Adventure. Using Chingford as your base, explore the South of England's treasures.
