This detached cottage consists of four bedrooms including a ground-floor super-king-size, two super-king-size and a family room with a super-king-size and a sofa bed, all of which have en-suite shower rooms. There is kitchen with a gas range cooker, microwave, wine chiller, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a living/dining room with a Smart TV, Freeview, DVD, PS4 and games, Sonos Sound System, selection of books, games and DVDs, a pool table, and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with a hot tub, furniture, barbecue and a fire pit. A travel cot, highchair and starter pack for the woodburning stove can be provided on request, but please note the starter pack is an additional fee of £10. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and Superfast WiFi are included in the price. A shop can be found within 7.5 miles and a pub within 1,5 miles. Gunner Cottage is a superb retreat for a family break to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Note: The dining table can seat eight or nine with an additional fold-up chair or stool. Note: The ground floor is level are there are no internal steps other than the staircase leading to the first floor; there are no steps leading into the cottage.

Fully-equipped kitchen complete with air fryer, gas Range cooker, microwave, wine chiller, as well as the necessary culinary equipment. For added convenience, a washing machine and dishwasher. Spacious living and dining area with a woodburning stove.

Nestled beneath Ingleborough, one of the famous Three Peaks, on the western edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the charming village of Ingleton has a good selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. A year-round climbing wall and a seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool in a beautiful riverside setting are also available. The charming village centre features narrow winding streets centred on a small marketplace. The superb Waterfalls' Walk is the village's main claim to fame, while the well-known White Scar Caves are just over a mile away. A fantastic base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District, and the Forest of Bowland.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental package. To maintain the pristine surroundings, the property is strictly pet-free and smoke-free. Fake tan is not permitted to be used in the hot tub, the good housekeeping bond will be retained if used to reimburse for the cost of draining, cleaning refilling. This property has a £500.00 Good Housekeeping Bond. EV charging is not permitted at this property.
