- Beds – one super king, one double/twin, one twin children’s room, one single.
- Rooms – ground floor – kitchen diner, sitting room, conservatory, reading room, single bedroom, utility room with WC . First floor – super king bedroom with ensuite, super king bedroom (that can be made into a twin bedroom if requested when booking), twin room for children (please note that these beds are narrow – 2 foot 6 wide.), master bathroom.
- Kitchen and utilities – fully equipped kitchen with double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer. Washer-dryer and extra fridge freezer are in the utility room.
- Entertainment – TV in sitting room.
- For families – high chair can be provided on request, but we do not have a cot.
- Outside – enclosed garden with lawn and garden furniture, access to the many acres of grounds.
- General – bed linen and towels provided. Electricity and heating included. Wi-Fi available. Welcome pack is provided on arrival including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, home-made cakes and biscuits. Please let us know if you're celebrating a special occasion during your stay, and we may include an extra surprise in your welcome pack. Basic items such as washing up liquid, toilet rolls and antibacterial spray etc are provided.Short breaks can be booked at certain times of year
- Pets – one large or two small dogs can be accommodated at an additional cost of £25 per week.
